This website "Absolutely New Zealand" was launched in October 2004, which grew out of my personal website in a section called "@round NZ". Due to the scale of the number of pages in the "@round NZ" section on my personal website, I decided to split it off to its own website.

This site is written by the author Chris Foster, who has done extensive travelling throughout New Zealand. Chris is keen on tramping, so on many area's of this site contains the experiences, which is continuously updated all year round.
